OUR PROMISES
Frames, bridges and parts are all heat-treated and vibration stress-relieved so they remain rigid even after years of use. Pickling and phosphating protect the steel from corrosion, which also makes it more durable. After heat treatment and surface treatment, those parts are sent to the machining
facility where they will be precision-engineered at least twice.
Although our machines are used most widely in the wood industry, we introduced the measurement procedures of metal-working industry to our design and daily production.Measurement tools being used include marble square,Various gauges, laser interferometer, ball bar, etc.. Measuremeants coupled with precision machining, are the reasons why we see many of our machines still performing accurately after long time service.
Needless to say, reliable machines are built with reliable components. Even under the worst competition, we never compromise by substituting with more economical replacements.
