First introduced in 1960, the V60 paper filter is a staple in the world of pour-over coffee. Named after its signature 60-degree cone shape, it’s specifically designed to pair with coffee tools like the V60 cone, kit, or decanter. Agrocafe’s version uses ultra-thin, high-quality biodegradable paper to ensure precise water flow and even extraction.
The result is a clean, bright cup with nuanced flavors that highlight the unique characteristics of the coffee. The filter helps regulate the brew time and contact between water and coffee, making it ideal for experimenting with different recipes and techniques.
Highly favored by specialty coffee enthusiasts, this method is known for its clarity, elegance, and control. The filters are compostable and environmentally responsible, making them a smart choice for both quality and sustainability.
To enhance the experience, pair these filters with Agrocafe’s single-origin beans or blends, ground specifically for pour-over — or ask us to pre-grind the coffee for you at no extra cost.
