La Grande Récolte represents the quintessence of the Paillard's vineyards. La Grande Récolte is crafted from their finest parcels of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Its combination of richness, complexity, and finesse demonstrates why Bouzy is a heralded Grand Cru.
94 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Disgorged in January 2020 with one gram per litre dosage, the 2008 Extra-Brut Bouzy Grand Cru La Grande Récolte opens in the glass with notes of crisp Anjou pear, lemon curd, freshly baked bread and citrus pith. Medium to full-bodied, vinous and seamless, with racy acids, lovely depth at the core and a long, intensely saline finish, it's a mineral, elegant Champagne at the beginning of a long drinking window.
