Master the art of the Manhattan with this expertly curated cocktail kit featuring premium spirits and essential ingredients. Born in 1870s New York City, the Manhattan is one of the most iconic whiskey cocktails ever created—a sophisticated blend of rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and aromatic bitters that has stood the test of time. This kit brings together everything you need to craft this legendary drink at home.
What's Inside:
- Michter's US*1 Rye Whiskey (750ml) - award-winning American rye with bold spice, fruit, and caramel notes
- Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth (750ml) - premium Italian vermouth with rich vanilla, spice, and dried fruit complexity
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters (4oz) - the essential aromatic bitters that have defined cocktails since 1824
- Luxardo Maraschino Cherries (400g) - authentic Italian cherries, the gold standard for Manhattan garnishes
The Classic Recipe:
- 2 oz Michter's Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Carpano Antica Formula
- 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice until well-chilled, strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass, and garnish with a Luxardo cherry. The Manhattan is the quintessential whiskey cocktail—bold, balanced, and endlessly refined. Perfect for cocktail enthusiasts who appreciate classic American mixology and the ritual of a perfectly stirred drink.
