Laws San Luis Valley Straight Rye is a meticulously crafted spirit born from a heritage mash bill featuring 95% heirloom rye and 5% heirloom barley. Raised at high altitude on a historic Colorado farm, this whiskey is aged in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels for no less than three years. The traditional, labor-intensive distillation process and open-air sour mash method lend the whiskey a distinct character that reflects its rugged origins.
Delight in a layered profile where soft floral nuances mingle with warm baking spices and a hint of citrus oil on the nose. On the palate, herbal tea notes combine with subtle mint, caramel undertones, and a dash of spice to create a well-rounded, memorable finish. Secure your bottle today and add this artisan spirit to your distinguished collection.
