New Mexico's Hatch Valley produces some of the most celebrated chiles in the world, and the Melissa's Hatch Pepper Sampler brings their bold, authentic flavors to your kitchen in seven distinct formats. Each product in this collection is made from authentic Hatch peppers, delivering the distinctive earthy, smoky, and complex flavor that only the Hatch Valley of New Mexico can produce. Melissa's Hatch Pepper Sampler is an ideal gift for Hatch chile enthusiasts and a culinary resource for anyone discovering these legendary New Mexico peppers for the first time.
Featured in this gift is a festive array of Hatch items in one complete collection including a 3.2 ounce shaker of our famous Mild Green Ground Hatch Pepper Powder, an 8 ounce package of Dried Hatch Peppers (Hot), 4 ounces of Hatch Pepper Seasoning, 16 ounces of Organic Hatch Polenta, a 12 ounce jar of our delicious Hatch Salsa, a 5 ounce bottle of Red Hatch Pepper Hot Sauce, and a 6.5 ounce tub of our Hatch Clean Snax®*.
Use Melissa's Dried Hatch Peppers or Green Hatch Pepper Powder to add deep, layered heat to slow-cooked stews, braises, and marinades. Melissa's Hatch Pepper Seasoning is an everyday spice shaker for eggs, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, and popcorn. Melissa's Organic Hatch Pepper Polenta makes a rich and satisfying base for braised proteins, or a bold side dish finished with butter. Hatch Pepper Clean Snax® delivers a signature earthy, smoky Hatch chile flavor in a convenient snacking format, and Melissa's Hatch Salsa and Red Hatch Hot Sauce round out the collection with bright, roasted Hatch pepper flavor ready to go straight to your table.
