Filthy Olive Brine is a bar-quality olive brine concentrate in a resealable 32 oz pouch, formulated to add savory, woody, and nutty depth to dirty martinis and savory cocktails.
Made from naturally cured olives and filtered multiple times, this premium brine is crafted to bring consistent, restaurant-grade flavor to home bars and professional settings without artificial additives. The pouch format keeps the brine fresh, travels easily, and replaces bulky glass bottles so you can mix drinks confidently whether hosting at home, stocking a small bar, or mixing cocktails on the go.
What makes this olive brine different from supermarket options?
Filthy Olive Brine uses a concentrated, highly filtered extraction from naturally cured olives that preserves savory umami and subtle woody notes while removing impurities. The result is a richer, cleaner brine that layers into cocktails instead of masking them.
- 5x-filtered brine for clarity and consistent flavor
- Made from naturally cured olives, not simple brine dilutions
- No artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners included
- Non-GMO and gluten-free formulation
How should I use the pouch to make the perfect dirty martini?
Start with chilled gin or vodka and adjust brine to taste; Filthy Olive Brine is balanced so small amounts go a long way. Seal the pouch between uses to maintain freshness and pour directly or measure into a jigger for repeatable results.
- Typical ratio: 2–3 dashes or 1/4–1/2 ounce brine per martini, adjust by preference
- Shake or stir with ice depending on desired dilution and texture
- Finish with a Filthy olive garnish for matching aroma and flavor
- Pouch reseals to preserve brine for multiple uses and events
Can this brine be used in other cocktails or recipes?
Yes — Filthy Olive Brine adds savory complexity to a wide range of drinks and savory dishes. Use it to season Bloody Marys, add umami to vodka or tequila cocktails, or incorporate a splash into dressings and marinades where a salty, olive-forward note complements ingredients.
- Enhances Bloody Marys, savory spritzes, and cocktail sauces
- Works as a finishing splash in seafood or vegetable preparations
- Mixes well with citrus, hot sauce, or savory bitters for complex drinks
- Easy to dose from pouch for consistent culinary results
Why choose the 32 oz pouch format instead of a bottle?
The flexible pouch reduces weight, saves space, and seals airtight to maintain the brine’s fresh character. It’s also practical for frequent entertaining, travel, and professional use where bottle breakage or storage is a concern.
- Resealable spout for neat pouring and minimal waste
- Compact, crush-resistant packaging for travel or crowded bars
- Larger volume suited to parties or regular home bartending
- Lightweight and easy to store in a fridge or bar caddy
Who is this for? Home mixologists, professional bartenders, and anyone who prefers savory, restaurant-quality cocktails will appreciate Filthy Olive Brine. It’s designed for people seeking consistent, high-quality olive flavor without artificial components, whether you’re crafting a classic dirty martini, experimenting with savory cocktail recipes, or adding a briny boost to culinary creations.
