Excellia Tequila Añejo is a Franco-Mexican collaboration — a 100% Blue Weber agave añejo from Jalisco aged 18 months and crafted with the sensibility of a fine Cognac house. The result is one of the most complex and distinctive añejo expressions in the category: dessert wine aromas of ripe and sweet grapes, dried apricots, and pears evolve into notes of rancio, baked spices, herbs, leather, and sandalwood. On the palate, the experience is intense and round — strong and tannic woodiness alongside fresh spices, tingling pepper, and sweet charcoal notes. The long finish is gradual and revelatory, with balanced lingering tones of cocoa and orchard fruit. This is añejo tequila for the drinker who appreciates the complexity of aged spirits across categories.
18 months, Franco-Mexican craft, and a complexity that rivals fine Cognac — Excellia Añejo is the most sophisticated and revelatory expression in the añejo category.
