Founded in 1993, Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery was established with a vision to produce expressive and innovative wines that convey the spirit of the New World. The winery is a pioneer in South American sustainability, having launched its 'Pinot Noir project' in 1999 and achieving B Corp certification to reinforce its commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
Wine Description
This organic red wine is noted for its rich and deep bright red colour. The sensory profile features a complex nose dominated by sweet wild fruit aromas, including cherries and raspberries, enhanced by subtle toasty hints and earthy undertones. On the medium-bodied palate, it offers a silky texture and a well-balanced structure with soft tannins and bright red fruit flavours. The finish is smooth, fresh, and persistent, often revealing gentle notes of spice.
