Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from the red soils of the Jalisco Highlands. Double-distilled and aged in oak barrels, this expression yields a rich, sophisticated profile that harmoniously blends sweet roasted agave with deep oak, vanilla, and warm spice notes.
Food Pairing: Ribeye steak, dark chocolate, aged cheeses, braised short ribs, and roasted pork.
Tasting Notes : Rich amber liquid with bright copper reflections and a silky, medium-to-full body.
Nose : Sweet cooked agave, toasted oak, rich vanilla, caramel, and subtle dried fruit.
Palate : Smooth and complex with layers of butterscotch, sweet agave, toasted almonds, vanilla, and soft wood spice.
Finish : Long, warm, and velvety with a lingering fade of sweet oak and mild baking spices.
Serve : Serve neat at room temperature in a snifter glass or on the rocks.
